Q. How do I get my photos?
A. Your photos are published onto a personalised USB and sent via the post.
Q. What file format are the images on the USB in?
A. All files on the USB are in JPEG format, the same universal format as used on smart phones, point & shoot cameras and the internet (except much better quality).
Q. Are the photos watermarked?
A. No, the photos are not watermarked in any way
Q. What can I do with the photos?
A. You can view, print, copy, email and share via social media.
Q. Are there restrictions on the photos?
A. There is no restrictions on the images as long as its for personal use.
Q. How long does it take to get the photos?
A. Typical turn around is 7 days for processing of the photos. Delivery takes 1-3 days.
Q. Who owns the copyright on the photos?
A. The copyright remains with the photographer (Raymond Korn), however this doesn't affect your personal use of the photos.
Q. What type of processing is done to the photos?
A. Images are processed to give them optimal colour, exposure, contrast, and look.
Q. Can I have the RAW files you take?
A. Yes. Cost is $500 per 500 RAW files or part thereof.
Q. What equipment do you use to photograph birthdays?
A. I use the latest high-end DSLRs by Nikon, complete with lenses designed for low light, and high powered flashes.
Q. What resolution are the photos on the USB
A. Images will be a minimum of 2784 x 1848.
Q. Do you also do albums?
A. No, there are plenty of online album creators available these days.
Q. How many photos can I expect on the USB?
A. It does does vary between birthdays and how long I take photos for, however I've found you can expect at least 300+ photos.
Q. Is there a limit to how many photos you take?
A. No. There is no limit to how many photos I take on the day.
